SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to the United Kingdom as well as all EU countries outside the UK, including Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and more.

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery.

International parcels are shipped via Australia Post standard delivery service.

  • For deliveries within the UK, parcels are transferred to Parcelforce upon arrival.

  • For deliveries to EU countries outside the UK, parcels are transferred to your national postal service (e.g. La Poste, Deutsche Post, PostNL, An Post).

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • UK: 7–12 business days

  • EU Countries: 7–14 business days (depending on local postal service and customs processing)

Courier:

  • UK: Australia Post → Parcelforce

  • EU: Australia Post → Local Postal Carrier

What to Expect with Standard Shipping:

  • Full tracking visibility via email and SMS

  • Signature on delivery may be required for added security

  • Parcels are processed by your local postal service once they arrive in your country

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, there are no additional import duties, VAT, or handling fees payable on delivery. We cover VAT upfront, so you won’t be charged any extra when your parcel arrives.

For orders delivered to EU countries outside the UK, import taxes, duties, and local VAT may apply upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. The exact amount will depend on your country’s import regulations and the value of your order.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES & UPDATES

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are conservative estimates provided by our shipping platform, Shippit. These take into account:

  • Order processing and handling

  • Customs clearance

  • Sorting and transit delays

  • Local delivery conditions

In many cases, your parcel may arrive sooner than estimated. As it moves through the network, your tracking page will update in real time with the most accurate expected delivery date.

Please note: During peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual due to increased volume and limited carrier capacity.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

To ensure a smooth delivery:

• Provide a valid email and mobile number at checkout to receive tracking updates
• Follow any delivery notifications or reschedule options if not home
• Signature on delivery may be required for security

Unclaimed & Returned Parcels (International Orders)

For international orders shipped, the recipient is responsible for monitoring tracking notifications and ensuring collection within the carrier’s holding timeframe.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery including incomplete/incorrect delivery address, receiver not in attendance to accept delivery, refusal or non-collection, this is not considered a delivery failure by Melanoboost.

Refunds are not available in these circumstances.

Returned parcels may be re-shipped once all re-shipping costs are paid by the customer, including international shipping, duties, taxes, return fees and handling.

Alternatively, store credit may be issued at our discretion, less all costs incurred by the Seller.
